Harold C. (Courtney) Coe founded Coe Builders, Inc. in 1977. As a family man and Texas native, Courtney understands the value of a job well done. David G. (Glenn) Morrow has been in the construction industry for 44 years. With a bachelor's degree in business administration from UT Arlington, Glenn came on board in 1981 and chose to devote 40 of those years to a successful career with Coe Builders, Inc.

Marcy Coe Infante

Marcy is the youngest daughter of owner, Courtney Coe. Growing up in this business, Marcy has paid special attention to the details of what makes this business thrive. As a mother, Marcy understands the importance of dedication, consistency, relationships, and the reputation built from those things combined. Marcy holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from the University of North Texas which she used to teach elementary school for 15 years. Marcy worked for Coe Builders in college and returned to the business she loves in 2019. Marcy also holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Currently, she is utilizing her degree to grow Coe Builder, Inc. into a design build firm and preserve the integrity and reputation of this successful family business.
